A 4% convenience fee has been added to the registration fee. If you plan to pay by check, please use the discount code "paybycheck" to remove the 4%.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
SCEDA has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
100% refund on 2023 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before March 31, 2023.
- 50% refund on 2022 Annual Conference cancellations made April 1 – April 15, 2023.
- No refunds on cancellations made on or after April 16, 2023.
Please note, canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
